Hyenas may be scavengers, but that doesn't mean they can't commit to a kill.

This family group of spotted hyenas in Africa was photographed attacking a new born calf

Hyenas are flexible hunters, and can easily change how they hunt depending on their prey.

The calf more than likely got left behind because the protective mother couldn't be bothered to go back for her.

Many females will attack predators. Predators can be very cruel creatures, but they are also very smart.

They know when they are not welcome and usually let the poor animal flee.

The hyena knows that he can cause a lot of trouble for this elephant herd by harassing them, but he might also know that the mother will defend her calf until death.

The poor young calf cannot even try to run away when the hyenas approach.

It just stands there, facing incredible odds.

There is only one thing in the quest for power that never changes in history.

The bigger you are, the harder you fall.

The hyena has a varied diet, and it is an opportunist, and can hyena attack calf rapidly.

It will hunt on its own, digging up gemsbok carcases.

But more often it follows around larger pack animals, which it harasses until the larger predators make a kill, leaving scraps the hyenas can eat.

Anaconda Attack Crocodile

Imagine if a giant anaconda and a crocodile fought in the water. Who is going to win and why?

Both Anacondas and crocodiles are very dangerous and similar in many ways.

Anacondas and crocodiles live in the same kind of environment and love to dwell there. Both animals have similar behaviors as well as structure.

The giant anaconda and the Nile crocodile are very similar creatures, about the same size and weight, and both can grow to enormous sizes.

We don't often think of them as fighting since we usually associate large reptilian predators with dinosaurs like T-Rex. However, this image is deceiving.

The Nile crocodile and the giant anaconda do fight! And they can be ferocious enemies!

Anacondas are huge, large, thickly-built snakes found in the warm swamps and marshes of South America.

The tropical anaconda is one of the longest snakes in the world, sometimes measure more than 20 feet.

There is a story in the jungle where both giant anaconda and crocodile live together. It is such a beautiful place to live and it's good for both of them.

At least that's what they thought. However, one day after some time when giant anaconda became too large to move with the current, the water flow in the jungle became abnormal, and it makes giant anaconda unable to swim and hunt with ease anymore.

One night when he was not able to find any prey in the jungle, giant anaconda saw his friend, crocodile walking towards him with a vicious look.

Giant anaconda knows immediately that his friend is going to eat him then tries to get out of the way but he couldn't be faster. and the anaconda killed crocodile.

Giant anaconda is the biggest snake ever recorded, this creature holds the world record for being the longest snake ever.

Growing up to twenty feet in length, it can weigh up to 250 pounds.

Apparently, giant anacondas are aggressive even to their own kind.

Unlike other snakes, they attack prey head on rather than wrapping around it.

Incredible Killer Whale nearly kills experienced trainer at SeaWorld

Killer Whale nearly kills experienced trainer at SeaWorld

On February 24, 2010, an experienced trainer at Sea World Florida was killed by a whale called Tilikum. The death is widely covered in the press. The coverage focuses on the issue of whales in captivity and safety concerns for trainers. The story about what happens to a killer whale's brain has been mostly ignored.

The whale named Tilikum weighs more than 12,000 pounds and is more than 25 feet long. On Friday afternoon, he pulled Dawn Brancheau, a 40-year-old experienced trainer, into the water and killed her. The sequence of events suggests that Ms. Brancheau made a mistake in judgment: she put her ponytail in the mouth of a 12,000-pound killer whale in an apparently misguided attempt to calm him down:

A whale injured one of three members of its trainer team when it bumped into a platform and took him under at a public show that was filmed by tourists in Spain. The death of the trainer in front of an audience of children and adults came just minutes after he apparently swam away from the whale with no problem The whale was put into the show tank, which was only four feet deep, restricted the whale's movements. The trainer then apparently slipped or fell into the water, but was recovered by SeaWorld staff without incident.

The killer whale is a very powerful and intelligent marine mammal. Orcas (Orcinus orca), also known as killer whales, are the largest members of the dolphin family. Most killer whales are black or dark gray with white patches on their chest, belly, and face.

Three years ago, I stood in the shallows of the Black Sea, looking out over 150 million years of evolutionary history. The water was calm enough to reflect the sky. Dense clouds of jellyfish wafted by me, each one an individual with an immortal soul, and likely as old as me or older. Seeing all these ancient creatures that have been around since the age of the dinosaurs led me to a question: if evolution equips creatures with biological machinery to evolve, shouldn't it also equip us with psychological machinery to understand it?

What does it take to get into the circus? Most people would imagine that you need strength, agility, speed, and amazing physical skills. But none of these are necessary. What really matters is an uncanny ability to understand complex social dynamics, an aptitude for performing high-risk tricks with tools made of steel, and the courage to stare death in the eye each day.

Children don't care much about school. And why should they? Unlike video games, watching TV, and social media, there is little to no content on the vast majority of subjects taught in our schools that is actually worthy of a child's attention. Given this fact, it's perfectly understandable that many students have a fairly low opinion of their teachers.

Nothing is more beautiful than watching kids at their innocent moments. They're not afraid to show their emotions, they don't care about being cool, they are enthusiastic, spontaneous, honest... pure... wonderful kids. Watching them it's easy to remember what you've been like... And cheer up. It's so difficult to be an adult sometimes.

top incredible largest snake's meal ever recorded

In this video, I'm going to show you the top incredible largest snake's meal ever recorded.

The largest snakes are large enough to swallow whole a prey larger than themselves. So how does the largest snake measure up to the largest meal that's ever been taken by a snake?

With snakes being so diverse, it is interesting to see how large these massive reptiles can be. That is why I enjoy this fact. It is simply the largest meal that a snake has ever taken in one bite.

Snakes have been known to eat large mammals such as pigs, but the largest meal a snake has ever been documented eating is a crocodile. According to Guinness World Records, an African rock python managed to swallow an average-sized adult crocodile whole. The python is estimated to be 18 feet long with a 28-inch girth.

The largest snake could be the Burmese python, a species that can grow to a length of 18 feet or more. The largest Burmese python swallowed a deer. According to an eyewitness, the snake swallowed the whole deer, including hooves and antlers, with no apparent discomfort. But given the length of its body, it must have some kind of tube system to digest its food; it is unlikely it digests its food in its mouth like most snakes. It's possible that it leaves the deer corpse dangling from its mouth like an elephant tusk while it uses digestive fluids to dissolve the carcass.

Here is a puzzle. How much food would it take to fill the belly of the biggest snake, say an anaconda? One might think that it depends on how big that snake is. If you want to fill the belly of a 15 foot anaconda you need some 15 foot by 15 foot area of food. But try to imagine filling the belly of an anaconda 100 feet long. If she has stomach the size of an oil tanker, than this volume of food will take up all the space in her coils, leaving no room for her body. So she must have a smaller stomach. So less volume is required.

The heaviest snake on the planet is the green anaconda. The heaviest one ever recorded was a female that weighed 136 kg or 300 pounds 11 ounces. The longest snake on the planet is the reticulated python, which has been reported as being up to 10 meters, or 10 meters plus 5 centimeters, in length.

Hyena Attack Leopard

In this video, we take a look at Top incredible Attacks Hyena Attack a Leopard

Hyena have a reputation for being cowards and not being to be taken seriously. When a gang of hyena went after a leopard they must have been very surprised when they realized their intended victim had been giving them the runaround all along.

A hyena attack a leopard, a fierce wildcat native to Africa. This amazing incident was witnessed by a group of tourists from Nairobi Safari Walk, in the Masai Mara region of Kenya.

The Serengeti is a bustling metropolis of predators. Within it, hyenas have a reputation for being cowardly and not-to-be-taken-seriously.

Hyena are commonly known as cowardly scavengers that are afraid of the fight. However, after the leopard gave the sighting into a fight, hyenas surprised everyone by proving that there is more to them than meets the eye.

Several hyenas in the Serengeti decided they finally wanted to prove their worth and take down a leopard. What they didn’t know was that the leopard had been letting them chase him around for fun. When the hyenas realized this, it was too late and the leopard had them for dinner.

Snakes are in the top 10 list of animals that people fear in the world.

In their natural habitat snakes are among the most feared and loathed creatures.

But when a snake appears in a farmer's field, another view of the serpent is forced upon us.

To the farmer, a snake in his field is a friend, not a foe. Snakes eat mice and other rodents that would consume the farmer's grain.

First off, you might be wondering why animals don't eat each other.

If snakes are so vulnerable to predation by birds, mammals, etc.

how can they survive? The answer is special defenses.

Even if animals didn't have any kind of structures, structures would have evolved in the food chain because of natural selection.

It is more profitable to eat than it is not to eat.

Snakes are like animals with legs, they walk like humans.

Snakes are the next step to evolution of animals, removing legs and developing scales.

They can look like a fake pipe when they stay in a corner or hiding place.

Snakes are carnivores because they need meat to live. If you cut them open you can see their stomach inside them, it is called their belly.

Snakes need to eat something every day. That is why there shoulders hurt when they do not get a lot of food in a while.

In this video, we take a look at Top Incredible Attacks Hungry Hyenas Eating Buffalo Alive.

The hyena's strategy is to take advantage of the fact that lions are slow.

The lion cannot catch hyenas, because it cannot run fast enough.

but the hyena can outrun the buffalo because it runs faster than the buffalo.

The same pattern appears in business.

A startup is like a herd of hyenas feasting on a single buffalo.

It looks like there are lots of independent operators making their own decisions, but they're actually highly collaborative.

They do not make decisions independently; rather, they make them collectively.

The pack instinct dominates; they tear into the animal in total disregard for the long-term consequences of their individual actions.

A herd of buffalo can easily stampede over a lone hyena.

But if the herd is starving, the poor creatures form a closely packed circle around their prey.

placing their vulnerable rear ends close to the center of the circle--and leaving their gnawing front teeth exposed.

The hyena knows that even an injured beast is more dangerous than he.

So he turns to the weakest-looking animal at the outskirts of the circle.

kills it quickly, then chews off an arm or a chunk of flank before turning to attack another victim."

Not long after the buffalo incident.

I began to notice hyenas moving into all sorts of activities, ignoring the smoldering ruin of their old livelihoods.

They are driving taxis, selling insurance.

Some have even become politicians—the ultimate job security, since no one can remember ever seeing a politician fired.

Hyenas live in Africa on the plains not on trees.

They are large animals, weighing up to 90 pounds.

They hunt on the ground running down large animals like zebras or buffalos and eating them alive.

It's better to be lucky than good, but most mistakes are survivable.

So be prepared, execute well, and learn from your mistakes.

Mussurana Snake attacks and eats Bothrops Viper

Mussurana Snake vs Bothrops Viper

Snake attack Viper

The Mussurana is a snake that hunts other snakes for food. It stalks its prey in a very tricky way, by laying in wait beside water or rivers and ambushing any other snake that comes to drink. In the video below, you can see a Mussurana snake kill and eat a highly venomous Bothrops Viper. Its not often you get to watch out in the wild when a smaller animal kills a much larger animal in a single strike.

A video circulating on social media, shows a large non-venomous snake known as the Mussurana, eating a venomous snake called the Bothrops viper. The incident took place in front of some students, at the Universidade Federal do Amazonas in Santarem, Brazil.

A Mussurana or Green Tree Python (Morelia clastolepis) snake living in the Amazon Rainforest has been observed killing and eating a venomous snake.

The mussuranas are in the superfamily Colubroidea , in which there are roughly 3,500 species of nonvenomous snakes. Some species in North America kill garter snakes for their skin, then rig them out to look like alive snakes. So it's not so strange for a mussurana to have an appetite for another poisonous snake.

A bloody battle ensues between two venomous snakes that ends with the mussurana consuming the viper.

The mussurana, sometimes called the South American red-and-black snake or just red snake, is a non-venomous snake belonging to the family Colubridae.

These two snakes were inadvertently placed in the same container by their owner. That is a potentially volatile mix, and they eventually fought it out. This fight ended up being a prime example of natural selection in action. The loser was, of course, the loser. But the winner is also important to notice. Her venom is a cocktail of toxins, and one is a protein called fasciculins. It specifically targets vertebrate muscle tissue. It allows her to kill without risking damage to herself from bites from the prey's teeth."

Wild Animal Attacks

The lion, lioness, leopard, deer, warthog, zebra are all African animals.   The wildebeest is found in Africa and the white tailed deer is found in North America.   Lions kill the strongest animal they can find.   Leopards do not want to fight a stronger animal so they look for a weaker one.   Deer have been known to chase off an incoming lion by charging at it with their antlers.

A lioness was attacked by a wildebeest. A leopard killed a baby giraffe, but was then killed by an impala. A deer survived the hardest attack of his life. A fox saw a zebra and her calf and didn't know what to do.

A head on collision with a zebra had been Vivian's worst nightmare since she first visited the African savanna as a child. She knew that zebras were mean and unpredictable – she had read every book about them – but it had not occurred to her that they could kill a human being with a single blow, or that they would attack a car at all. But the Zebra attack horse drawn horse drawn carriage zoological was an accident waiting to happen.

A pride of lions was on their way to catch an animal for lunch. A deer came out after they passed, and stopped to graze. Suddenly, a lioness stopped and watched the deer. She crouched, tail twitching and eyes fixed on the deer.

I have always been fascinated by this video, as the photographer somehow captures one of the most incredible moments in nature. In many ways, my photography is a futile attempt to document similar moments.
